Detailed Problem Description


User was unable to download the Spool Report Output to Excel Format in SM37.

Solution Analysis and Recommendations


Below are the Screen Shots for the issue raised by the User.
1) Click on the 'Save to Local file' button as shown below:

2) Click on 'Spreadsheet' radiobutton as shown below:

3) Provide the 'Directory Name'and 'file name with .XLS' path by Clicking on 'F4' Key and then Click on 'Generate' button as shown below:

4) The Excel file will be saved in the appropriate directory with the file name you given.

So we suggested the user to follow the Screen Shots which has been shown.
In this manner we have given solution to the User and the User was satisfied by the given solution.
